If you can get someone to click on your Yelp profile that's a good thing. If your Yelp business page has been banned it's not even going to show up to people online. So let's figure out what you did wrong and how to fix it.
If you are paying people who are not customers to give you 5-star reviews, Yelp will flag it, investigate it, and then see the history of the person's past reviews. If this is a brand new user, if this is a long-time user, and there's no reviews ever. They first make it invisible, then they consider hitting your with a warning or profile strike. Sometimes, yelp says screw it and just unpublishes your page on one strike. Don't fool around with fake reviews.
Yes you should follow up on all leads continuously but once someone has said "no," just move on. Never respond to anyone in the reviews or messages with hurtful comments. It's not worth your time and you'll get banned. Just move on and gain more customers elsewhere.
Never ask for reviews. Yelp wants their reviews to be 100% organic. That means if you do such an amazing job installing their gutters, fixing their roof, mowing their lawn, whatever... they will be likely to give you reviews. If Yelp sees that more than 30% of people are giving reviews, boom! They will launch an investigation into the history of those that gave you the reviews and either warn you or completely kill your page.
When you're creating your profile you cannot use other people's images or copyrighted images. Just do your jobs, take pics onsite, and then post them. Be truthful and you're in the clear. Deceive and you shall receive... a ban!
If Yelp is truly important for your growth then you gotta fall on the sword and plead for republishing with some kind of email to support that mimics the following:
"Dear Yelp Support,
My name is ____________ and I own and manage the yelp page _______________. I'm confused why my page was unpublished and it's hurting my business. I don't know what I did wrong but am willing to correct it and abide by any rules I missed going forward. Please help, our page is vital to our growth."
While we don't recommend this, we have seen companies that decided to build a new page on Yelp with a slightly different business name or abbreviation using another email address, but it doesn't last long. You build a new page, you start to get some business and Yelp finds out and a second page is banned. You can't scam the system. Do it right the first time, the right way, and you'll grow over time.
